Want to be more than just a number? This dental practice is the perfect place to launch a meaningful dental career! The senior dentist seeks a full-time associate with a great chair-side manner to commit to learning, continuing education, and giving back. In return, the senior dentist will be dedicated to your professional development. New grads welcome!

The owner describes her approach: “I feel that a great dentist first listens to the patients problems and then teaches. By truly listening you can often help give the patient good advice in whatever they need. My responsibility to my patients is to educate them about their problems and their responsibility to me is to listen and then choose what they feel is best for them.”
That approach extends to staff, too. The owner fosters a supportive atmosphere in which the team works together to solve problems.
After a year, the new associate will be eligible for a 401(k) and profit sharing bonus of up to 20% of compensation, depending on production goals. This profitable practice recently dropped its last network dental insurance contract to focus on quality, not quantity, dental care. As the owner explains, “This is of the utmost importance to everyone in our organization, as our patient are our friends.” Making this switch also allows the practice to avoid discounting its fees.
This facility was built from the ground up in 2011, with seven active operatories and plumbing for two more.
