Join this practice for the best of everything: a well-established, beautiful office with all the amenities, state-of-the-art technology, and the opportunity for mentorship.

New grads are welcome! The senior doctors are willing to train and teach, as long as you’re interested in equity partnership within three or four years. This is a fabulous opportunity to learn while you establish yourself in a welcoming dental home. The owner asks is that you be willing to learn, become a part of the community, and have an entrepreneur’s spirit.

This 8-operatory practice runs with a fully trained team of two doctors, four hygienists, experienced clinical staff, and strong administrative support. The practice is ready to support another doctor who will have the opportunity to develop professionally in a supportive environment.

You’ll work in a fully computerized digital environment with digital radiography, Cone Beam CT, and intra oral cameras in every operatory. The practice has invested in an impression-less iTero imaging system to enhance patient safety and expedite the diagnostic and restorative process. The office has also made COVID improvements, including an upgraded ventilation filtration system with a chairside HEPA extra oral vacuum to reduce aerosol risk.

The two doctors have a wide range of experience, training, and perspectives that enables an expanded range of services. One focuses on treating patients with TMJ and sleep issues. He is one of only a few dentists in Wisconsin to receive advanced training and the designation of Diplomate from the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.

A commitment to service is important, too. The owner explains, “I look at dentistry as a profession requiring a technician's eye, good hand skills, and even better interpersonal skills. It is hard physically and demanding mentally, requiring precision and acceptance of some degree of imperfection. I have always had a great degree of empathy for patients with needs that may fall out of the mainstream in volunteer clinics, nursing homes, group homes, etc. Anyone I would want to hire or partner with in my practice would need to have the same motivation to serve.”

Outside the office, you’ll enjoy living in this Wisconsin town! The practice is just a mile from a marina on the shore of Lake Michigan, and even closer to two rivers ideal for kayaking or fishing. A state park and beach voted “best in Wisconsin” are just a 10-minute drive away, as is access to the Ice Age Trail.

Quality of life is great – and affordable – in this stable beach community. It’s a great place to raise a family, with two private schools and plenty of year-round activities on and off the water. Light industry in nearby towns keeps the area’s economy humming. And an older population needs dental treatments.

Plus, you’ll be just 35 miles south of Green Bay and 75 miles north of suburban Milwaukee.

If you’re looking for a place to build a career and a life, look no further than this great practice. Create your free ADA Practice Transitions profile now to learn more.
