Looking for an associateship in a well-established practice where you’ll be busy from day one? Then this 7-operatory practice needs YOU! New grads and recent residents are welcome, as the team is willing to mentor the right person.

For 40 years, this cosmetic and general dentistry practice has fostered warm, sincere relationships that have translated into loyal patients. The two owners have built an amazing team, some of whom have 25+ years of service. Everyone works well together: two doctors, five assistants, four hygienists, and five front office staff. The senior dentist is approaching retirement, while his partner will remain for the long term.

The owners are transparent about production numbers and expenses, which means the staff is invested in the practice’s health. Goal-based bonuses are motivating, too.

As an associate, you can be as busy as you like. The practice is growing quickly, with an average of 55 to 60 new patients per month, so the demand is there!

Patients come first here, and it shows. Extensive Google reviews sing the praises of the doctors, staff, and friendly professionalism.

The owners are active in organized dentistry and committed to education and local community organizations.

People are moving to the community of Las Cruces, New Mexico in droves – it is absolutely booming, with houses on the market for just a matter of hours. Newcomers are drawn by a very reasonable cost of living and good weather year round. (Except for the springtime winds, the owner notes.) It’s a great, safe place to raise a family, with friendly neighbors and a nice vibe.

Las Cruces has about 100,000 people, with a total of 225,000 scattered throughout the county. That draws a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and a growing microbrewery scene. You’ll also enjoy local food trucks, wineries, markets – and fall’s green chile season. New Mexico State University brings in sports and entertainment. Traffic and congestion are minimal – but larger El Paso, Texas (population: 680,000) is just 30 minutes away.

With 300 annual days of sun, you can golf at one of the many local courses. Or head to the nearby Organ Mountains for hiking, mountain biking, and gorgeous sunsets. Experience dune sledding and majestic beauty at White Sands National Park. In the winter, skiing is just 90 minutes away.

If you’re ready for an associateship where you can get the hands-on mentorship you crave, all in a growing, family-friendly city, look no further! Create your ADA Practice Transitions profile today.
