Do you want to build on an already lucrative practice – while still having plenty of time to play in the mountains?

This high-tech, suburban Denver practice is successful on just three days a week. You can choose to expand hours (and profits), enjoy all the mountains have to offer – or both! The affluent, well-educated patients are savvy dental consumers, so there’s plenty of opportunity to provide additional specialty services.

Serving Douglas County since 1995, this updated practice has a loyal following of patients who readily accept treatment.

This practice is the anchor tenant in a small professional building located in the heart of this suburban downtown, steps from Main Street. The landlord is responsive and takes pride in ownership, while the on-site building manager keeps the building well maintained. The space was recently remodeled with new carpet, flooring, and paint that complement the exposed rock walls, attractive lighting, and oversized trim.
All three operatories have TVs on the walls and ceilings, providing distraction and entertainment for patients. Technology includes a 3D panoramic CBCT and scanner. Supplies and instruments are kept in carts, organized by procedure to be easily moved between rooms. The entire office is spacious and efficient, with ample private areas including lab, lunchroom, and doctor’s office.

The desirable, vibrant town is a wonderful place to live and work, with top-rated schools and facilities including a regional arts center, new library, and ample recreational facilities – all within walking distance of the practice.

The community is home to a great mix of young families and retirees. That means there’s plenty to do, including every type of activity a child could want. The local chamber of commerce sponsors events throughout the year, such as wine walks, parades, farmers markets, art fairs, and more.

Most locals are very active and into a variety of outdoor activities, especially skiing and golf. There are too many golf courses to list. Miles of hiking and biking trails await, including one quite literally at the edge of the office parking lot. The seller notes, “People are always talking about the last fourteener they climbed!” In fact, Douglas County has been named one of the healthiest in the nation.

The area is also one of the fastest-growing in the US, thanks to close proximity to the I-25 corridor and major employment centers. Charles Schwab, Liberty Media, and Dish are all headquartered nearby, along with a large aerospace/tech presence (Lockheed-Martin and Ball Aerospace) and regional distribution centers for UPS, FedEx, and Amazon. The University of Colorado Medical Center and VA Hospital are close, as are two other major hospitals, Parker Adventist and Sky Ridge.

Downtown Denver and its international airport are an easy drive away, too.
