Be the only dentist in a growing town, with plenty of space to expand to the practice of your dreams! This Michigan practice is set on three wooded acres full of resident wildlife, yet just minutes off the expressway for easy patient access.

The office is known for listening to patients and educating them on how oral health fits into their life. The seller maintains a moderate pace, allowing ample time to build strong, lasting relationships and trust – a philosophy that generates lots of word-of-mouth referrals. In fact, new patients keep calling, creating a 4-week wait for treatment and a 20-week hygiene wait.

The team works well together and enjoys spa days and other outings to celebrate milestones and holidays. The team also loves teaching local school children, especially during Dental Health Month.

The building includes a full basement with a large break room and storage, while the surrounding land offers room for expansion. Technology includes intra-oral cameras, digital x-rays, and CAESY, plus updated chairside computers in all operatories.

Located in a small town in north-central Michigan’s Roscommon County, the practice is within 15 miles of the state’s three largest inland lakes. This area is ideal for anyone interested in outdoor recreation, particularly watersports, fishing, and hunting. You’ll be right in the middle of the largest motorsports trail system in the state, perfect for dune buggies, 4-wheeling, motocross, quad/UTV, and snowmobiles. And 20+ local golf courses within 30 miles draw visitors from around the state. Summer’s Bluegill Festival and Fourth of July celebration are huge events, while winter includes ice fishing contests, snowmobile racing, and a family-friendly carnival right on the ice.

This “vacationland” area has always been a great place to relax, enjoy life, and retire. In the past two years, COVID has prompted many to move here permanently, joining others already embracing the low cost of living, friendly neighbors, minimal stress, and complete lack of traffic.

Young families take advantage of the great schools, with four different districts within a 20-minute drive. That gives students ample opportunities to participate in sports, music, choir, drama, and whatever other extracurricular activities pique their interests – without the stiff competition of larger schools.

A new charter school is also right in town. On its campus is a vocational community college associated with Northern Michigan University that is expanding to 22 buildings over the next 10 years – which should further increase the demand for dentistry.

Ikea’s largest US manufacturing plant (ARCO) was recently completed nearby and a Leer plant also offers steady jobs.

Three different hospital systems within 15 miles offer access to the specialists and services you’ll need.

Buy this practice if you want to step into a great community where you can enjoy the outdoors, be part of a friendly community, and expand your career over time.
