We have two practices in Holyoke, a small city of 40,000 in Central Massachusetts. Holyoke is home to 40,000 residents and surrounded by many small towns and colleges, including Mount Holyoke College, Smith College, and Hampshire College. Holyoke is just 45 minutes to Hartford, CT, 90 minutes to Boston, and 2.5 hours to NYC.

Holyoke: Busy Associateship in Fully Updated Office with Path to Partnership

Join this 7-operatory practice as an associate with a path to partnership! This practice has just upgraded all equipment to better serve patients. With strong collections, there’s loads of opportunity for the right dentist to learn, grow, and succeed.

For over 30 years, this practice has served the community and now counts over 15,000 active patients. The state-of-the-art building has been beautifully designed and constructed using all the latest technologies and techniques to deliver top-quality patient care. The four dentists have a strong focus on efficiency and seek to maximize profits – and your bottom line.

Located just off the interstate in Holyoke, an Amazon fulfillment center lies across the street, and there’s plenty of shopping nearby, making this a convenient location for patients.

Holyoke: Family-Centric Associateship with Partnership Potential

Prefer a smaller, slower paced environment? Join this family practice as an associate. For 46 years, the practice’s dedicated team has built long-term relationships. The team currently serves 2,500 patients from 5 operatories and needs an associate to help with the growing workload. There’s also potential for partnership.

Technology includes CBCT, digital radiographs, paperless charting, digital scanner, electric handpieces, and intraoral cameras.

The standalone office is located near the hospital and several schools, just a few minutes from the heart of downtown Holyoke.

Williamstown: Purchase this High-End, Fee-for-Service Practice

Or perhaps you dream of life in a peaceful, quintessential New England college town? Check out this fee-for-service practice that delivers individualized high-end restorative and prosthetic care in a mutually supportive environment.

The staff is mature, stable, highly trained, proficient, and motivated – with no turnover. The office was professionally designed to be highly efficient, up-to-date, and clean with natural light that fills all four identical operatories. The 2000 square foot space is in a well-maintained attractive house with beautiful landscaping. The mechanicals are right in the basement, along with plenty of storage. An attached 3-bedroom apartment currently provides rental income, but could provide space for expansion if you so desire.

Tucked in the Berkshires of northwestern Massachusetts, just south of the Vermont border, is Williamstown. Enjoy unusual peace and natural beauty, with ready access to hiking and mountain biking trails, alpine and Nordic skiing, lakes, rivers, and unspoiled vistas. Williamstown is also home to the very fine Taconic golf course (owned by Williams College), plus Waubeeka (a beautiful public course).

Take in the surprising cultural offerings, including the Williamstown Theater Festival, Clark Art Institute, Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art, and Williams College’s cultural and educational opportunities. Berkshire County is also home to Tanglewood, Berkshire Theatre, Jacobs Pillow, and more.

This practice offers an opportunity for profitability, autonomy, and a vibrant professional community.

Falmouth: Beachy Associateship with Path to Ownership

Get away from it all and enjoy life in Cape Cod’s second-largest municipality. This Falmouth practice is bursting at the seams and needs an associate – ideally one interested in taking over in a few years. High production, strong collections, and well-oiled systems make this fee-for-service practice highly productive and efficient.

This family-oriented practice has served the area for over 50 years, with high-end equipment including digital X-rays, a digital scanner for impressions, and Suresmile orthodontic aligners. The long-term staff are eager to help you treat the waitlist of new patients to the same standard of comfortable, stress-free care.

Located on the south end of Cape Cod with 68 miles of coastline and 10 public beaches, Falmouth has been named among the best places to live in Massachusetts. Families especially appreciate Falmouth for the schools. Enjoy year-round activities and arts, plus great locally-owned restaurants and shops throughout the cute downtown. 14 in-town harbors offer a stunning variety of boating and fishing options, while the 10-mile Shining Sea Bikeway tours salt marshes, cranberry bogs, ponds, and woodlands. And Falmouth is just six nautical miles to Martha’s Vineyard. The world-renowned Woods Hole Marine Biological Laboratory and Oceanographic Institution are nearby.
