Tim comes to ADABIG from his role as Vice President of Strategic Development & Finance of Delta Dental Plans Association, where he provided strategic oversight and leadership to multiple functions within the association. Prior to DDPA, he was President of Pivot Health Advisors, where he led product strategy development and commercialization consulting for one of the nation’s largest hospital systems. In addition, he served for 16 years with the American Hospital Association, as the Chief Operating & Development Officer and Vice President for AHA Solutions/Health Forum. Tim is also a Mentor at MATTER where he provides business expertise to start-up organizations in the health care space.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in finance from The Ohio State University.
Dr. Suzanne Ebert graduated from the University Of Louisville College Of Dentistry. Following a 1 year GPR, she entered private practice as an associate in St. Augustine FL. Dr. Ebert started her solo private practice in Ponte Vedra Beach FL where she treated friends and family for 11 years. Upon the sale of her practice, she elected to continue her career providing dental care to indigent populations by becoming the Dental Director at a local Federally Qualified Health Center. Under her tenure the clinics expanded, ran efficiently and profitably while addressing real needs in the community including eldercare, special needs care and ER diversion.
Dr. Ebert also became heavily involved in Florida Dental Association leadership, rising through the chairs of her local component and ultimately into the position of Trustee for the Florida Dental Association. As Adjunct Faculty for the University of Florida, she had the privilege of working directly with senior dental students as they rotated through her clinics.
Dr. Ebert considers herself a clinical dentist first and is unwavering in her desire to protect private practice dentistry. She is a vocal advocate of having a strong association to lead the dental profession through the issues facing it today. Dr. Ebert is currently the Vice President, Dental Practice and Relationship Management for ADA Business Innovations Group.
Kenny’s passion is creating technical solutions. He has worked in a variety of positions pursuing growth towards where he is today. He combines degrees in Computer Science and Economics with an MBA from Booth and 20+ years of programming, technical leadership, and product management capability. He has thorough experience building scalable platforms for large organizations and startups.
With over 15 years of experience in the dental field, Betsy brings proven practice transition expertise to the ADA Practice Transitions team. Betsy specialized in practice mergers and acquisitions at Edge Advisors, a Wisconsin-based dental practice management firm. At Edge Advisors, Betsy was dedicated to bringing clients insightful advice about their dental transition. She has mastered the art of making confident, smart suggestions and has proven her success in the practice transition industry.
Previously, Betsy led the Practice Transitions Committee at the Wisconsin Dental Association (WDA) in her role as Continuing Education & Special Programs Coordinator. At the WDA, she quickly learned the importance of organized dentistry and her passion for supporting the success of dental practice transitions as a way to improve access to care for the public.
Betsy speaks at dental school events around the Midwest. She resides in Germantown, WI with her husband Chris, son Julian and daughter Joni. In their free time they enjoy family hikes, traveling, and catching live music whenever possible.
Gabriel comes to ADAPT having worked as a software engineer at one of the largest insurance companies in the country, building and improving software platforms used by millions of customers on a daily basis. At ADAPT, he will continue this mission by building cohesive software solutions that empower dental professionals to find their ideal transition path.
Kathy comes from a training and customer service background spanning manufacturing, information technology, and non-profits. Working in various industries has helped her develop her customer-centric approach to problem solving. Concern for access to care brought her to her current position.
Timisha Swan-Stewart, a Milwaukee native, has a vastly diverse professional background but has consistently thrived in organizational communication for the last 20 years. With a passion for helping others achieve success, she has worked in multiple industries, including Education, Marketing, Human Resources, and healthcare. In just months, Timisha has become an integral part of the ADA Practice Transitions Advisor Team and looks forward to a long-lasting career with the ADA. Timisha is married to David Stewart Jr. they have two beautiful children, Davidson and Parker Stewart. Timisha enjoys singing, writing, bike riding, tennis, and building an entrepreneurial empire with her family. She will release her first book this year and launch two family businesses by summer 2021.
Karine has 7 years of experience helping SaaS companies develop digital marketing strategies to engage with customers. With in-house and agency experience, she has managed search engine marketing, social media, and content development projects. In her current role at the ADA Business Innovation Group, she uses data-driven strategies to help dentists find their ideal transition path.
